This comapany debited my credit card four times. Each time I tried to order the item a message would appear stating there was an error reading my credit card.

This happened on Friday, 8/22/03 and when I went to use my credit card it was maxed out by four debits(the number of times I tried to order the Air Force One tennis shoes. Each time the message read "error in reading your credit card"

Your card was not charged - the funds were held by your card's bank

The customer appeared to have their card charged 4 times because they kept pressing "Submit". Her card was declined each of the 4 times because she listed an incorrect billing address. The funds were captured by her bank and held for clearing, but since we did not accept the captured funds, her card was given back the credit approx. 1 week after her repeaded attempts of charging the card.

A note to all consumers - it is best to contact the business you are having a problem with rather than the general public. We can help any and all customers who have this problem by contacting their card issuing bank and get all funds back the day of the charging.
