On 10/27/06 contacted Ronan with Professional Resumes and he quoted a price of $297.00 which included the rush service, resume, cover letter and thank you letter. I had to save up the money. Just divorce with very little money but needed to find a job fast.
On 11/09/06 I finally saved $297.00 for professional help with my resumes, I thought! But then the price increased to $343.00 which I paid that day.
Each day I checked for my professional resume along with my additional items but never arrived. After three days I tried contacting them every day.
About a week later a female email me and questionnaire to fill out. I reply to her stating, All the questions asked on questionnaire but two are answered in my current resume I emailed your company over a week ago. Why was I told my revised professional resume would be delivered in 24 hours which I was asset a rush fee for if a questionnaire was required to be filled out? Why after a week I am just receiving it?
Finally completing the long detail questionnaire and returning it again I waited days for my order that until today never arrived.
On 02/16/07 requested a refund because I had revised my own resume and found a job. After 02/16/07 I email them on numerous occasions but they had one excuse after another.
They needed my order #, Date of order account# and etc. More than five times I emailed them a copy of the credit card statement showing all info and the amount of money they received from me.
Still, no refund. On 03/12/07 Ronan finally promise to mail me a check because it been too long to credit my charge card. A refund check which also never arrived.
04/02/07, I emailed him asking for an update on my refund. 04/03/07 he replied, This was sent already."
On 04/11/07, I emailed him for the last time asking him to forward the check#, name, date and address the check was sent to.
Of course, no reply!
