I found a charge for a little more than $9 on my pay pal account and another charge for $29 from safecary.com and they are under the heading of reoccuring charges. From this I believe I will be charged monthly for something. I have never heard of this company and have not authorized any charges I PLAN TO CONTACT pay pal and try to stop them but this is disturbing. This coompany is crocked, how did they get my pay pal info?

Same happened to me. Pay pal is just as bad I disputed charge and pay pal woud not remove- 2nd time prob with pay pal doing this Safe cart also destroyed files and caused virus-nightmare

ParetoLogic Inc. [their Billing Processor Agency Is: SafeCart (www.safecart.com)] My Licence for their Software service named RegCure Optimizer has been interrupted 2 months ago with the request to pay the renewal. They are absolutely wrong, because I did pay the renewal on 10/20/2008 for one year, which expiration date is 10/19/2009. I have sent them several explanatory e-mails as well I transmitted to them 2 scanned pages of the original proof of payment. Victoria British Columbia
