I wanted to file I-795 (employment authorization document). There was offered electronic filing so I filed electronically on www.usaimmigrationsupport.com.
This was apparently the wrong filing, because this website offers only the preparation for the filing. They make you aware of that only after the money (380USD) has been cashed in, not before.
Their website is so very similar to the official website uscis.gov, you cannot distinguish between them, and I think that is on purpose to confuse people until it's too late (and the money gone).
USAIMMIGRATIONSUPPORT purposely defrauds people and I hope that one day they have to pay back everything.
I also do think that a lot of people don't say that they were ripped off by this company because they are afraid that they cannot file on the official site. I would like to know if this company has connections to the uscis, and which one.
