wavee.com Unauthorized attempt to clip $75.00 via credit card. Atlanta, Georgia

I registered with wavee.com without, first, checking with ripoffreport.com, thinking that this is/was a viable company.  Later, I received an alert from my credit card company that a $75.00 charge had been entered.  CC company advises that the charge is pending state, since wavee.com did not have correct information to complete the charge.  I have been in touch with CC company about the charge, but they said contact wavee.com.  I have tried twice to contact wavee.com via telephone, today, and via the internet, but only get long time waiting via telephone, and no complete internet report.
