wexchangebitcoins.com with a 1-8002706206 looked like a legit business.

but in fact it is a scam.   A man named Doni asked me send $2500 for 5 bitcoins.   It looked like a bargain because the market price is over $600.    I was tempted.  So I sent $250 moneypak to try it out.  once I sent him the money, he sent me no btc.  and when I called, he just hung up on me.  I waited and waited since yesterday afternoon  yet no btc arrived in my wallet.   the website promises to deliver btc within 60 minutes upon receiving payment.   In fact, it never delivers.   I sent doni email asking about it.   Instead, he replied asking me to send 250 dollars more saying they can only send whole BTC not 0.5 BTC.  Therefore he said I had to send him 250 dolars more to make it 1 whole BTC.   at this point I knew I was scammed.  But luckily I didi not send him $2500 as he asked me to do at the beginning.  This is a very greedy b*****d.  He asked me to send wire transfer 2500.  I am glad I only lost $250 and avoided losing another 250 to him.    So, I went online and filed a report with the FBI.   There is a site FBI IC3 Complaint Referral, and one can file a report.   Hopefully eventually FBI will take out this scam site just like they did to Silk Road.   I am confident FBI will be able to track down this international scammer who took money from victims worldwide.   Anyone scammed by this same people should fiel online FBI IC3 report so that FBI will act when multiple victims come forward.   Lets shut down the BTC scammers.
