Wyndham Vacation Ownership Misleading sales pitch, lies, false statements during sales pitch Alexandria Virginia
*Consumer Comment: What happens to your timeshare when you die
This is a warning to anyone who is contemplating buying a Wyndham vacation ownership. Do Not Do It! They told me that if I bought it, if I didn't use it, they could resell it and/or sell the points that I wasn't using, and I wouldn't lose any money. That was a lie. You can't GIVE the points away. Don't buy one, and if you know anyone who is considering it, tell them to run away from it. I would have been better off throwing my money out a window: Then someone would have gotten it, and they would have been more deserving than the #)#%)# at Wyndham.

What happens to your timeshare when you die

Because your timeshare contract will certainly establish what happens to your timeshare when you die in one of its clauses, I highly recommend you to read the timeshare agreement cautiously. Some timeshares can be inherited, while others can be owned by more than one person, however, whatever the contract says, the truth is that all of the clauses will always benefit the resort. Also, ask as many questions as possible during the presentation if you are seriously considering acquiring a fractional ownership. This is a good article on what happens to your timeshare when you die
