Wynns car care warantee is worthless. I have had 2 claims and both times they were covered expenses. Wynns plays the game of denying the claim forcing consumers to waste time to seek arbitration or file in small claims court. I wonder how many people give up and let Wynns off the hook. Wynns must make millions by this tactic. When will the Attorney General step in?
I had the time and energy to seek justice and prevailed. I suggest others do the same.

Wynn's is terrible

Hello Poulsbo, this is Port Orchard!
My husband and I are in the middle of a lawsuit against Wynn's as we speak! Good to know you prevailed against the weasels.. For me personally, its darn good their office is in Florida because if they were any closer I would have been arrested by now! This company is owned and managed by people that don't give a sh*t about the people they are supposed to serve. I will be sending in a complaint to the attorney general just as soon as this mess is settle. Also we have already contacted "Jessie" about this matter. People need to warned! When you are sitting at the loan desk you don't have time to research the warranty company so if we can just get it out there that Wynn's is a company that enjoys raping their clientel; maybe they'll go out of business and some consumers will be spared the distress of dealing with these scum bags.

MORE PROBLEMS IN WA

George in Poulsbo.
I am down in Puyallup and Wynns is trying to deny my claim for an engine rebuild stating that there was lack of lubrication, when the problem was existing at the time the vehicle was purchased by myself. Warranties are purchased to cover the vehicle in the even that something takes place.
My biggest issue, is that the 3rd party they sent out to inspect the vehicle apparently has photos in his report of oil leaks when the report by the Saturn Service dept states there were NO VISIBLE LEAKS ON ARRIVAL.
Curious if you have any ideas? Feel free to email me.

George from Washington State.
I have the same situation and have been fighting for a month plus to get my car taken care of, Wynns has not got a case as to why my claim should be denied, what was the time frame for you to get your money from Wynns? Why did they refuse Arbitration? Who did you send the arbitration form to? I need some guidance from someone who beat them at their dirty games.
Thanks.

Doing battle with Wynns warantee!

To Steve in Tampa,
I had an engine failure (lubricated part) that was caused by an elecrtical problem. Wynns tried to blame it on an overheating problem (not covered) but that was not the case.
After several phone calls with rude employees and no progress, I had the car fixed and submitted for arbitration as stated in the contact. Wynns did not respond to the American Arbitration Assn. letter so I filed in small claims court. (ask for ALL of your expenses, fees, etc.
The Judge will sort it out) Keep a record of all documents, invoices, phone calls and correspondence and bring copies to court. You are allowed witnesses too.
Wynns will want to send an attorney but small claims court in Washington State does not allow lawyers. Be firm and deny their request for legal representation. The judge found in our favor.
The "deny the claim" tactic seems to be the Wynns trademark. Read your contract. Don't accept no for an answer. Don't settle for less than what is due. Time is on your side.
Contact your State Attorney Generals office and file a complaint. The Consumer Protection Act did not help me in this case but can award triple damages in most cases.
Good luck.

What type of mechanical breakdown(s) did you experience?
How did you prepare prior to prevailing in court/arbitration?
