I own an auto repair shop that deals with Wynn's
warrant on a regular basis. I am sorry to hear about your problem, but can explain the warranty
business a bit for you. You mentioned that you purchased your vecihle with an overheating problem, by stating that you purchased it in that condition constitutes a pre-existing condition which would not be covered by any warranty company. You should be after the selling dealer for the repairs depending on your state laws.

There is no warranty that will make your used car better than it was when you purchased it, also for the others that have complained about denials from this company for reasons such as cracked blocks, blown heads or gaskets it is the drivers responsibility to maintain such things as thermostats and coolant levels. An example would be thermostat stuck (not a covered part but same result if was a covered part i.e water pump) the head gasket does not blow instantly, only after exteneded driving is their damage and guages and "idiot lights" warn the driver of overheating.

Wynns Warranty is by far the best warrany company I have dealt with within the last 30 years, and I have dealt with dozens of them.
