Xandros Linux distribution suckered me into ordering directly from their website with a half off ($40) on their premium package for Windows 98 users. My rebate has been listed on the Express Group website for months as Qualified and being processed but no rebate check. I have contacted both Xandros and their rebate processor The Express Group. The Express Group did not answer my emails at all.

The Xandros service representative assured me that my check would be mailed by January 15, 2007. It is now January 29. Still NO Check.

Xandros $40 rebate FINALLY Received

After sending many, many emails to Xandros' Danny, I finally received my 40$ rebate for Win98 users. Was supposed to be paid November, 2006, but received March, 2007.
