I have sent several emails to xbids.com customer support regarding bids I purchased and did not want. They say they refund unwanted bids but I have yet to recieve a response from them regarding this issue or any other issue.

..look, you are on an ONLINE GAMBLING website... it is always a GAMBLE. Yes, they will offer you the option to purchase an item at "retail"..but we all know you can purchase items at below retail without playing a "game of chance" buy actually shopping online and not "gambling".
Here is this sites terms from their FAQ..
- Can I get a refund on my unused bids?
Yes, any unused bids can be refunded for up to 6 months. These bids only include purchased bids. Voucher bids won in auctions or used bids cannot be refunded. Please Contact Us if you would like a bid refund.
