I purchased an XBOX Gold account for my Grandson $60 per year. A few months into his using the account on his Xbox 360 Microsoft forced an update that screwed up his account. The losers at Xbox live refuse to accept responsibilty, although they have screwed up multiple accounts that we are aware of. There BS customer support lies and gives you the run around, these losers won't even respond to a complaint filed with the BBB. My advice is to stay away from any XBOX Console and go with Sony Playstion. That is what we plan to do, sice XBOX Live is run by Liars and crooks.
