Xcess Limited Only sent Half of a Manifested Load- Stole 7700.00!! Thieves Beware!! Wooster Ohio

Order a manifested load and over 50% of merchandise missing. Company said too bad.
June 1, 2016 I order a manifested load from Ray Gallagher of Xcess Limited Load value was 119020.81 at a cost of 17,250.00. On June 7, 2016 the load was delivered and 50% of the manifested load was missing. I contacted ray gallagher immediately and he told me to write what was missing. I sent him a detailed excel sheet of missing product and he stated too bad we arent going to help you. He basically stole money. This company doesnt care about their customers only about how they are going to get their next sucker!! Beware!! they will steal from you.
