Xerox state and local so I got a credit alert and I check it and I have a hit in my credit and I have into idea what it's pertaining too at all. I've never received letters or calls from them about any type of debt that I owe. Dallas Texas

I go to check a credit alert and I see a hot has been taken to my score from the company Xerox state and local. I rarely go downtown and when I do I pay for parking at the meter so I'm unsure where this hit came from. I've never received any calls about a debt that needed to collected from the city of Dallas. This is against the law since I have no knowledge of what's going on and , my score is being effected by it.
