I ordered Boston Bruin's Female Sneakers for my birthday. The only birthday present I would have received. The sneakers never came, so I tried to look for a phone number to Xeucis. To no avail. So, I e-mailed the supposed company. They said that the sneakers had not yet been shipped.
I e-mailed them again and asked for a DOA. They sent back a reply saying that they had been delivered. I asked my Postman. He said no and gave me his supervisors name and number. I e-mailed the company again. Then they sent me a tracking number with a date of Monday 19 April 2017 at 12:32p.pm.
There was no message sent to my e-mail saying thank you for your order and/or your package has been shipped... like most retailers send. Hence, the reason you give them your e-mail. I have gone round-and-round with my bank, this fraudulent, non-existing company and the USPS. Once again to no avail.
I would like my 64.90 back or what I really wanted in the first place: MY BOSTON BRUIN"S LOGO SNEAKERS!!! Why doesn't the NHL sell these on their reputable site?
