Xingtone Ringtone Maker dishonest billing for a free service ripoff Los Angeles California

After downloading this companies Free Ringtone Maker, I attempted to use it to download a new Free ringtone for my cell phone. The service failed because it is not compatable with my phone.

Since it was a Free trial version that I was using, I assumed it was no loss. The next day I discovered my cell phone account was missing $10. When I called about this, my provider told me another company had made the deduction, probably for a ringtone for my phone.

Five days later, after my third email to the company, I received an email stating they were sorry, but their service was not currently compatable with my phone, and since I had not purchased the product, my money could not be refunded.

This is a fraudulent and deceitful business practice, and I plan to follow-up with further action.
