They purrpisousley dont tell you that the 'WHITE' faced boom box will damage the roady XT tuners & eventually all they do is whistle at you are trying to get a replacement but instead they tell you to call this number then another & so on till you get the idea that they really dont want to do anything.
Then the tech, or one of them will state that the 'WHITE' faced boom box will damage the roady XT and to replace it & to do so with your own money.
