I took an advise that was given on a website to download xpmedic to fix any errors that come up. Initial scan is free, and I liked what I saw so I decided to purchase the key to unlock the software download.

Transaction was paid with paypal on December 20, 2007 but I the key was not sent. I e-mailed them 3 times to no avail. All I want now is a refund!
