Im from gainesville Florida submitting a complaint against XpressCash/Dms marketing for pulling money from my account and I wasnt given what payday loan company I had Three which one only $130 left to pay which is on time. And the other 240 left to pay in full. and last Cashnet which is not a problem either customer Service and I agreed upon pay off options due to being out of work.
But Xpress company whom ever they are rude and saying he is their Attroney and he can pull the money out I tried to stop it but funds was pending to be withdrawn but my Bank will work with me to get the funds back to cover my rent chek and to keep me from being put on the street with my kids.
