Xtreme RC Hobbies Beware of seller_ They will sell you recalled items to rake in the replacement part money!! Fayetteville, Arkansas

Consumer purchased an RC airplane form seller which was under manufacturer recall notice for know issue with transmitter which would cause product to crash, seller refused to refund sales price once product was damaged beyond repair 1 day after purchase.

Seller informed buyer ( incorrectly) that airplane crash was due to not operating at correct altitude for anti crash feature to operate and sold consumer replacement fuselage instead. After plane again crashed and new fuselage was damaged beyond reair consumer contacted manufacture directly where is was determined that model sold by Xtreme was under recall for known transmitter issues which prevented anti crash feature from functioning, all re-sellers were notified to pull product from shelf and send back to manufacturer for correction.

Xtreme RC obbies was neglegent in the fact they did not comply with this recall and continued to sell faulty model for full retail price and refused to refund purchase when plane crashed and was damaged. I allege that this constitutes dishonest and misleading sale practices and seller intentionally continued selling a known bad product to reap additional sales for replacement parts which indicates intentional fraud.
