Xtremediet charged credit card, never ordered anything from them Internet

My credit card has been charged 5 months in a row for $96.04 US by a company called xtremediet. I have never ordered or received anything from this company. When I called, I spoke to operator #337, Matt, who could not find my account by my address but found an account with my credit card number under the name of Kevin Russell. I do not know a Kevin Russell. I explained this to Matt, who informed me they would look into it and credit my account back with the 5 months of charges. I told Matt to look up the address where they were sending Kevin Russell this product and they will see it is not me. That was on Oct 29, 2014. As of November 28, I still did not have my money reimbursed so I called again and spoke to Nicole, operator #360, went through the whole story again and she informed me that she would forward my concern to higher management. As of today, Decembere 17, I still do not have a reimbursement so I called again and I believe the operator I was speaking to was Amanda. Again she tried looking up my info and obviously could not find anything because I have never ordered anything. She then informed me I am calling the wrong company. I told her I had already called there twice and that the information I was given is that the account is under the name of Kevin Russell. She kept insisting I was calling the wrong company. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was told she was the only one there. I ended up hanging up after telling her I am going to report them to the Better Business Bureau. They owe me almost $500. in US funds!
