They show pictures of some great-looking percussion instruments but when you buy one, they have a no-refunds policy, then they stall you with excuses on why they are running behind on production. They stall you long enough that you can then no longer dispute the charge with your credit card company.
They have no working phone number and they no longer reply to our email inquiries for an order we placed in June of 2019 for $135. The BBB has 1,450 similar complaints. If you take 1,450 x $135 = $195,750. There is a Facebook page of people trying to work together to try to do something about them. Xymox has an Instragram page that doesn't allow comments so you can't warn others about them.
