I am a paving company located in Cedar Grove,N.J. I was contacted by Mathew Yagins regarding paving some of his landscaping customers driveways. I completed all work and contacted Mathew Yagins regarding payment. Mathew claimed that the customers had not paid him and were have financial problems. I contacted the customer in question only to find that they indeed paid Mathew Yagins immediately after the work was performed. I have tried to reach Mr Yagins for the past 2 months regarding payment and he has not returned one single phone call.
