YAHOO And Purplus A Yahoo Store Selling Outdated Unusable Software Internet

This was my first and probably last shopping experience with a yahoo store.
Yahoo Stores does not want to take responsibility for content and practices of their shop owners. Seems they just wants to make money. Common problem these days.

Why is the link to "Contact Us to Report Store Abuse" not front and center?

I am tired of consumers being taken advantage of.
I wanted to contact YAHOO regarding the business practices of one of their estores. Not that it would make a difference. It took over a half an hour to find an email address for "Contact Us to Report Store Abuse"

So that is why I am here. Airing dirty laundry with the public.

I understand many consumers may be a pain in the @$$. But many more are not.

Yahoo has shops that sell outdated software. Misleading the customer into a sale.

Hoping a customer is not going to make a stink about a meager $9. How many customers do they take for 9 bucks? Bet it all adds up to a pretty profit for them.

Software manufacturers are left to deal with the disappointed customers. And according to the company that manufactured the software I purchased... this is a common problem.

PURPLUS is selling outdated software. They are fraudently advertising software that is not compatible with systems. They will not refund your money. They will request you send the software back, so they can review the situation and then decide if you should receive a refund. Ha! Fool me once, shame on me. Fool me twice, shame on you.
