It is a shame that this Company has existed with such an awful track record. The battery sent to me is for model#PA3395 and not even close although and it has no power. I'll know from now on to never get anything from this seller and let others know also. There is no excuse for this type of business.

The bad battery was returned to that company'Yall. Ebay made good on their promise and sent a refunf for this awful company.
