Apon starting Business Joel seemed genuine and even mentioned how he hates it when companies give him the run around instead of being straight and telling him they cant pay the bill. Then five 0 eight months later here i am trying to get him on the phone asking about invoice after invoice as they soon become all past due (150 Days) and now I am doing exactly what he said he would never do and that is dodge his bills.
The initial agreement was verbal but he was to pay all invoices weekly that happened Two times maybe..... since then i have had to haggle my money until we finally reached a point where $80,000.00 Dollars is owed and half past due. We mo longer provide services since the First Invoice went past due.
If there was more I knew to Do other than warn others.
I am aware and in contact with Five other comapanies in the same boat with this Man.
Yaws Trucking Dba Camo Crane FACTORS all their Invoices and gets payed immediatey but some how has near One Hundred Thousand Dollars outstanding with me alone.
NOT RIGHT AND NOT OK maybe factoring companies should take into consideration the bills they pay are not necessarily going to the right places and should verify who's equipment was on the job before paying ...... I dont know but If I were you I would avoid Yaws all together

In regards to the Report filed on this site for Yaws Trucking They are making a strong effort to pay of the debt reported as 80,000.00 which is not even an accurate Total.
Yaws trucking has been in good communication trying to resolve this matter and The effort is much appreciated.
This is comming from the company that Yaws is in debt to Directly!
To anyone writing or viewing these reports they should keep in mind that this is Business and sometimes when dealing with High Dollar amounts bills and debts sometimes take a little longer than expected to be paid..... But They ARE PAYING!!!!!!!!!!
