yellow pages YP LLCAttn: DMCA Complaints611 N. Brand Blvd. Floor 5Glendale, California 9120 Illegal Automated Renewals, overseas call centers that can do nothing, They send you an "involuntary" renewal notice disguised as junk mail. It probably says renew your yellow page ad now! When you trash it, you lose, as they have contrived a system -illegal- to have the letter tell you it will auto renew if you dont contact them. They do everything to delay you from cancelling and use the 'printing' of the YP as a means to prove they have provided the service. These people are open to a class action suit, so obiviously illegal. ATT says they cannot remove their biling on the ATT statment because it's not their company ,right, the usuall Catch 22. So ridiculously transparten!!! glendale Nationwide

Illegal 'auto renewals'  They will send you what probably looks like junk mail a few months before the one year anniversary.  I imagine it might say something like "RENEW YOUR YELLOW PAGE AD NOW!!!".  Any reasonable person would assume that absent a response, it will not renew, but no, they have built in somewhere I suppose, verbage that says they can auto renew.  They have the back end tied up too, you cant remove the billing from your ATT because ATT says it's a separate company.  Yeah, I know the logic is faulty but the entire approach is there to create a Catch 22.  Try to call the YP's, forget it, goes to the Phillipines.  I spoke to a manager, they cannot do anything, they are there to try to convince you it's a fait accompli and can they pivot to the fact that the yellow pages is already printed and therefore a service already provided.

End game.

1.  Illegally claiming that you cannot cancel for the following year unless it's within several months before the renewal anniversary (mark your calendar)

2.  Illegally send professionally scripted and disguised renewal notices and in the absence of a response, auto renewal.

3.  Print a yellow pages  and use that fact  as a reason to refuse any cancellation during the succeeding year.

4.  Illegally claim they are not a part of ATT  but conveniently use the sister company (ATT) to enforce billing, linked to one's telephone services.

5.  Stonewall any requests for cancellation, use only an overseas center for any problems, but a US center for "Sales'.  Don't offer any US based recourse telephone contacts.
