Yerasoft - Glasstree ripping off small business owners, not delivering on time, breeching contract deadlines, poor customer service and more Kalamazoo Michigan

Yerasoft formerly know as Glasstree Inc is a company you should gaurd yourself against. If they contact you do not pay them any money to perform services for website design, redesign, or Search Engine Optimization (SEO). They will likely take three to fours times as long to complete a project than promised, if ever. If you have just simple changes to make chances are it'll take weeks if not months to get done. You will not be refunded any money if they fail to perform as they promise.

Yerasoft, has cost several business owners if not more thousands of dollars, not to mention lost time! Some business owners I've talked to said they've had to actually threaten Yerasoft with lawsuits in order to get work done, weeks and months after they had promised costing much delay in business growth and income.

Another past customer mentioned that their website design was disappointing and horrible for the amount of money they paid out to Yerasoft not to mention taking for ever to complete. They have had to move on to another website company for help costing them thousands.

Yerasoft has had problems completing basic tasks for website owners such as making small changes on websites, setting up emails and email submit forms, shopping cart and paypal setups just to mention a few. There inept ablility to complete certain services on time or even correctly has cost many Yerasoft customers much grief, loss of business, and income.

You can also check out the western michigan BBB and you'll see they have 20 complaints filed against them. Don't be afraid to call website owners using Yerasoft to power their website and you'll quickly realize they are pulling a fast one over honest hard working people like you and me.

They were formally known as Glasstree Inc. and I believe they changed their name because of so many bad complaints so be aware, they may change their name again before to long. I also talked with another past customer of Yerasoft and they mentioned that they thought they were tagging calls and emails and Yerasoft wasn't responding. I actually experienced the same thing.

It is time that Yerasoft becomes concerned about the customers they have neglected. Please take the time to post if you have experienced any problems with Yerasoft. They need to be held responsible for their wrongdoings.
