Yesmoke.ch ripoff Internet

I also have been ordering from yesmoke.ch (com.) for three years and never had a problem. I don't really care what the reason is I didn't receive my order from 11/04/2004. If yesmoke.ch has legal issues either with Phillip Morris or A.T.F. then let their attorney's handle it. In the meantime I'm concerned about their guaranteed promise of a refund that they continue to ignore. The A.T.F. confiscated 150,000 cartons of cigarettes at JFK (mine included) as contraband, again their problem not mine. It's up to them to make good on their promise of a refund. In the meantime, I'd be interested in adding my name to a class action suit, not that I would expect to get my refund but at the least it would cost them millions to defend. I just don't understand how they could expect to restore the confidence of the American consumer by not making good on their promise. Anyone with any info. on a class action suit against yesmoke.ch please contact me.
