Dear Yogurtland and/or Yogurtland Franchising, Inc. Executive:

Good morning or good afternoon to You!

How is your day today in sunny Irvine, California and/or Farmers Branch, Texas and/or wherever else You are in the World?

My day is going fine, thank you, except due to the Fact that back on approximately Monday, May 15th, 2023, I had visited your store location at:  1132 North Vermont Avenue, Los Angeles, California  90029  (323) 668-9122 and was Not Treated Very Well At This Location, One (1) Single Bit!

I specifically asked to try a sample before buying their Yogurt and the Very, Very Rude Male Employee Refused To Give Me A Sample By Telling Me That They Do Not Give Out Samples To Customers!

I know that was a Lie because I had definitely received a Sample from a Yogurtland Store in the past!

I was so angry and offended by his Poor Mannerisms that I left the store immediately and Will Not Return!

I have a Zero 0.00 % Tolerance For Rude Or Selfish People Who Use This Tactic To Scare Away Good Customers That They Do Not Want!

I actually work in Customer Service and this is FAR from what I expect Customer Service To Be Like Coming From Yogurtland!

If You do Not Take Care Of This Very Serious Complaint Immediately, then I am Publishing Very Negative Reviews On This Yogurtland Location On To The Following Websites:

Update:  Back on Wednesday, May 24th, 2023, I received a phone call from Shawn Style, who is some Very Cheap Executive who helps run the company who is based at:
16639 Estella Avenue, Cerritos, California  90703-1515 using the Cellular Phone Number of:  (213) 663-6596 who is so d**n Cheap that he Squeaks When He Walks!

He Refused to Take Care Of His Customer Properly and Lied by Falsely Stating that they do Not Give Out Samples Because Of Covid!

Ha Ha Ha!

You Must Think That I Was Born Yesterday!

Moving Right Along:  When he asked what they could do for ME to Make Me Happy and I Told Him To Give Me A Gift Card To Try Out Their Yogurts, He Refused By Telling Me That They Do Not Do That!

Yeah Right!

...And Queen Elizabeth Must Still Be Alive Too, Along With Elvis Presley!

I was so Angry at this Loser with How Much He Lacks In Customer Service Skills that I Told Him To Keep The Yogurt and I Will Give My Business To Menchie's Frozen Yogurt Instead Who Knows How To Treat Their Customers Right, Properly And With Dignity!
