yost miller has a construction crew he makes all costomers pay in cash so he will have no taxes his work is sad then when you complaine he will not fix it and he has friends on police dept that will not take compaints he drinks on the job and then if you continue to complaine his crew and him beet you up and again the police do nothing ,
