Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I ordered a hepa filter for my electrolux vacumm cleaner over a month ago. I click on the link they gave me to see when my package will arrive, and it says no page found. I've e-mailed them twice over the last week, and I still haven't received a reply. Will try phone tomorrow. I spent 31.95, which shows on my statement. I was nice as I could possible be in my e-mail to them. I don't understand why a company would ripoff someone who is disabled.

They don't answer the phone either

I called twice today, once at 9 am, and the other time at ten till twelve. They don't answer the phone, even though I let it ring for over 10 times each time. I don't know what else to do, to get my money back. Any suggestions?
