Young Explorers VIP I ordered from Young Explorers late November, followed procedure for rebate and have yet to receive it. 3-4 weeks has expanded into 3-4 months . Franklin Massachusetts

 I ordered gifts for my grandchildren for Christmas at the end of November and signed on for the rebate. I followed the directions for the rebate(around $50) after receiving the gifts and was told I would receive the rebate in 3-4 weeks. I have called several times and have been told there is a backlog. It is going on four months. Still no rebate.
