Your Choice Credit Solutions Fraud, Credit Card SCAM, REFUND REFUSED SAINT GEORGE Utah

There is a company in Saint George Utah, ripping people off claiming they will receive GUARANTEED Unsecured Credit Cards.

They salesman claimed he worked with my Bank Washington Mutual. After fifteen minutes of persuasion, and the use of my routing number I was convinced that he was telling the truth.

Unfortunately when I tried to call and cancel it, no one answered their phone, and it sounds like a simple answering machine. I couldn't get through. I then called my bank and tried to put a stop-check on it once I read how HUNDREDS of people were scammed the same way! Mostly they were elderly, and disabled (as I am in this case).

The company refused to pay me back the $247.99 dollars they charged, or cover the OVERDRAFT of over $147.00 that was subsequently taken from my account becuase of this. I was told that I would recive a package in 3 days, and that another call was going to get my voice authorization. I was then told by this company www.yourchoicecredit.com that they would not issue a refund, and that they had recorded me, stating yes to the withdrawl. So what I said I was told THEY would call ME BEFORE any money was taken. AND that I would be debitted on the 3rd of March.

They instead withdrew it on the 16th of February! My bank is investigating them now that they found out they are using names of reputable banks, and sending the buyers COUPONS for air travel, and long distance... they then try to enroll their customers, in most cases unwittingly through this wire tapping proccess.

I was convinced that I was scammed, becuase once I got the RIGHT telephone number, I found out that they were NOT affiliated with Washington Mutual, Orchard Bank, Wells Fargo, and Bank of America, as their salesman told me. And even after I told the Supervisor I wanted a FULL refund, and my overdraft fees, she refused and rudely hung up on me. I found that this companies website, has a link to a Bank NOT affiliated with them at all, and when I informed that Bank, they began an investigation as well.

I am a disabled Gulf War Veteran, and am appalled at the lies I was told, the misleading information, and the utter gawl these people have.

After reading other customer complaints I found that NONE received said credit cards!!!

I am wanting a full investigation into HOW these people had MY Banking routing numbers, and address, phone number, full name and such!?!

I reported them to the FTC, BBB, and Attorney General's office. I would like the media to get envolved now, as there must be thousands being scammed this way! If just 1,000 people got duped that company steals over $247,000.00!!! All on false hopes for people with bad credit, such as myself.

Before I go and do something rash... I would like you to handle it... and more stress and I am liable to end up in the Hospital again.

Please help me and others getting ripped off! This company refuses refunds, even though the law states otherwise... others are now involved in a class action lawsuit involving this and other companies like it. That's a start.
