I found this company through " http://collections-agency-services-review.toptenreviews.com/your-collection-solution-details.html ". Thought to try out their collection services for few of our accounts including ome new and older pending invoices. Jeffrey is the owner and the collector, answered the requests and immediately demand $50 per account to obtain the debtor's TAX ID information. He made calls to all debtors and picked the easy one (new account) and asked me to lower my collection amount before negotiating. When the debtor replied to his emails demanding payments, the debtor refused to pay if we (the collector) don't introduce Jeffrey to the case. Jeffrey desperately called and emailed me to respond to the Debtor and included in his email stating that he will offer collection fee to 12% for this particular account. The 12% was mentioned twice by Jeffrey in separate emails and as well over the phone. We then sent email to Debtor to make payment directly to Jeffrey the same day.
Days later, Jeffrey and debtor confirmed they wired the payment and was received in his account. We requested the check date and amount to be sent to us (excluding his 12%), which he refused to include in emails and advised us, that his accounting will send the payment in 3 weeks.

When we received his check 3 weeks later, there were short of $2,214. Jeffrey's response as follow:

The collection fee is based on the collections
This matter was out of the United Stated therefore the fees were as followed
The initial $1,000 recovered is @ 45% $1,000-$6,000 is @ 38%

He completely denied the 12% collection fee he mentioned in his email.

Other problems:

- we paid $150 total for 3 accounts to obtain the tax ID, only 1 company's information was confirmed. He did not refund us the $100

- Jeffrey will email and call nemerous times a day for other accounts that he attempted with one phone call to collect, to pay him $1,050 per account for lawsuit. No details enclosed to any of these accounts on how the lawsuit can be made and if they are legit, nor the if any chances to win. But he demands you to deposit money immediately to his account. I had to avoid his calls for week.

From my personal experience after dealing with Jeffrey, I do not recommend giving him collection accounts. Your easy account gets some attention but not getting paid in full and he completely ignore your other accounts. The biggest issue is Jeffrey is not honest business person.
