Ordered seat pads 2 months ago, they took money instantly and did not send product. Said it was on backorder. I followed up 6 weeks later to be told it was shipped that day and go to their web site to get tracking number, but order said it was still in processing. I contacted again and they now refuse to respond tomy e,ails and have never gotten product. $36.00 wasted on another internet fraud. I would like to report them to their state attorneys office, but can not find out where they actually are. It is now over 8 weeks and I still have nothing. If anybody knows of a legal course I can pursue, we need to get rid of these frauds.
