I just recently had some time to review my phone bill and notice there was a monthly charge for ILD Teleservices, which I never ordered. The increase in my telephone bill was $8.43 under ILD Services for Voice Mail. I don't even know what this is???
I have looked back as far as last December 2007 and it was there.amount:
I did not order this service and was unaware that such service was being offered via my telephone company. How can they get away with this FRAUD and just randomly add it to our phone bill.
I called the 800 # but, I need to call on Monday. I will also call ATT and tell them to remove this unauthorized charge immediately and I want a full refund included the taxes paid on the charge.
