I did what I needed to on my part, they claim they never got confirmation from some of the companies. I contacted the company myself and they did it again. Still nothing. I had to actually buy more stuff until they confirmed it. I sent the letter in March and still havent gotten the card and cannot get a straight answer out of them. BS!
