YourTravelVideos.com / Alan Barber YourTravelVideos.com is a scam. They will take your videos and resell them without ever paying you. They offer to "give you royalties", and then rip you off! The owner Alan Barber is known for ripping Dripping Springs, Texas

I run and operate a business out in Scottsdale, AZ. I was contacted by Your Travel Videos not too long ago and have thoroughly enjoyed working with the group of people, including Alan, that I have spoken with. All contact has been professional and helpful. The concept of Your Travel Videos is certainly one to generate an honest business flow that potential clients may not have seen other wise. 

As any good business owner, I certainly take time to research those who approach me with ideas on advertising and/or helping me create new clientele. When I stumbled across this page I just knew I had to throw my two cents in. Alan Barber has outstanding ratings with the BBB as well as, with those who have done business with him in the past. I cannot be happier with the service I have received from Your Travel Videos! I highly recommend anyone who is approached by them or who is seeking a new way to get traffic to your business, go for it! 

This is someone trying to damage me. We think we know who but of course, we can't prove it, since they don't leave any contact information in this complaint and have never contacted us. We don't "take" videos, we link to existing videos on YouTube etc. like thousands of other internet companies like Reddit, etc. We don't sell videos and don't pay royalties. This is all fabricated in the effort to damage us. Actually, if you Google my name, Alan Barber, of Mitchell Construction in Austin, TX, you will see the exact opposite of what they say above.

I had one guy post that I was the "most honest man on the planet". My other company, Mitchell Construction, is A+ rated with the BBB, with no complaints, and Your Travel Videos is also an accredited member of the BBB with no complaints. The only reason why it isn't A+ rated is that the company is new (how we could have a "long history of taking advantage of consumers" when we just launched our company is just more evidence of them lying.   Additionally, we don't take money from consumers, and have just started selling advertising since we are still building our data base.

The person who left this complaint anonomously, has never contacted us  and again, is solely trying to create an internet "scam trail" with my name and the name of our company. You can call me any time if you really want to. I answer my phones. You can check the BBB...nobody has contacted them either. I'm being told to not address this via this posting as this will cause the search engines to rate this higher and that I should pay someone to make this go away but I am not going to acquiesce to this entity that we know is behind this, who tried to rip us off for $1500, and didn't get away with it. We filed a BBB complaint on them and this is their response, which is what they had threatened in writing to do. If they really felt like they were ripped off, they should have contacted me, but of course since we aren't "taking" and "reselling" videos, there is no validity to any of this. All we do is link to existing videos, sending traffic to them.
