yp.com madison al at&t sales person lied to me and said he would cancell my add after two week free trail now there billing me for three months birmingham Alabama

i was contacted by a smooth talking sales rep for yp.com he promised me that they could get me more bussiness and said if they dont withn two weeks he would cancell my add hisself i called him back in two weeks and told hime i got nothing from his add so eccept a bill from yp.com for 100 dollars he said to fax him over the bill he would take care of it and cancell my add so they wait three months then bill me for over 300 dollars im thinking about sueing them for this because they have cause me alot of stress and i think alot of other people also from what i read if anyone is intersted in a class act law suite please let me know
