Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
We are a manufacture of portable buildings. Z & K was one of our dealers, he set this scam up like a pro....he set the story up by telling us he had illness in the family so no one would be at the sales lot "to sign the invoice" but he asked us to go ahead and drop the building off and he would send a check later.
After several weeks of telling us he was low on funds because of medical expenses, then the check is in the mail and several other delay tactics he, we sent him a demand letter and his responce stated he had never recieved these building at all.
He has since done the same thing to another manufacture... buyers and sellers beware

Mr Mattingly is asking for proof? I would suggest he trot on down to the local courthouse and take a look at the records pertaining to this case. In most circles, losing a lawsuit and subsequent judgement is pretty good proof that a person has done something unjust, immoral or illegal.
Pertaining to the derogatory comments about business bullying; my experience reminds me how often the thief finds it necessary to belittle the person they are stealing from in order to justify their deed. However, let the reader come to their own conclusion.
Is it just me, or did anyone else notice he did not deny stealing the buildings?

I would like for Howard Winslow to provide proof and stop trying to be a Biz Tyrant, He is making this up because I asked him to pick his line of buildings up, Beware he is no Biz's Friend, His has try to shut several dealers down because they wont sell his products either.
