 So I did some research Zac Davis only owns drone-works. I also had an issue with my inspire 2 and Zac Davis was a class act! Nothing you have claimed holds any water. Why file a claim in 2016 and then in 2018? "if” you had a real issue contact drone-works like a human being and talk to him 1 on 1 you might get a better result then writing these reports... To me based on your claim and based on your reports 2016 and 2018 being the same mumbo jumbo you’re a competitor making claims and trashing this company’s name... I myself own a business and how you’re handling this is very unprofessional... Honestly "IF” you’re a real customer call drone-works or better yet contact them in their Facebook wall and air this out in a public forum I bet they will listen and your situation will be resolved instead of making a claims on this forum...

I am the owner of CertaDrone and the submitted information is a lie. We just opened our digital doors two weeks ago and have not yet had a single protection plan come in for service. The person that submitted this is not only a liar but also now liable for defamation. I take my business and reputation seriously and will not stand for something trying to grind an ax at my expense. I demand this be removed immediately.
