The fraudster, culprit, arrogant, insensible, criminal minded and what not. He is a person with no Ethics. 650 DOLLARS $ which he collects from the trainees for his program for BA or SAP and says that it is refundable, he never ever returns this refund cause he will NOT give placements, he will not arrange for a job. So, that he can skip from giving back the refund.
