For several years, I was an affiliate for Zelenko Labs, promoting their products and earning commissions. In May 2024, I informed them that I was shutting down my online store and requested my commission payment. Instead of paying, they told me I needed to reach a $600 minimum threshold before I could be paid.
I continued promoting their products, and in December 2024, I finally reached the $600 threshold. On December 17, 2024, their accounting department confirmed my commissions would be processed at month-end.
But instead of paying me, they blocked my account on January 14, 2025, falsely citing "invalid activity" with no evidence! They ignored my follow-ups, and now they refuse to respond.
I have now filed complaints with the FTC, BBB, and Florida Attorney General for deceptive business practices. Zelenko Labs appears to be using fraudulent affiliate marketing practices to avoid paying commissions once affiliates reach payout thresholds.
BEWARE! If you are an affiliate of Zelenko Labs, you may not get paid!
