Zen Arbitrage Peter Valley. Signed up for 14 day trial never able to get into account. Wont let me cancel. Customer service never responds. Boulder colorado

I signed up for a 14 day trial as advertised by Zen Arbitrage. From day one never got any instructions on login in and creating an account. Peter Valley says his on site you can contact him anytime. He did respond and told him the situtation. His reply was to get into the account and cancel.Told him cant get in if i never had access. Well must be a robot on the other end becuase, he pretty much kept saying the same thing.

I emailed support to this day no responce. Ive told him to cancel me becuase did not want my card get charged. Also emailed support to cancel with no reply. This whole expierence trying to get hold of someone to cancel, since never had a chance to get into the accouint has been bad. My advice dont go to this company becuase they will never respond back to you.
