I am employee for Zen Van lines for almost as long as the company established and have been a foremen for many years prior to Zen van-lines .The Only...! I repeat the only, incentives that foremen are offered are 10% percent materials sold on the jobs! For those who are not familiar; weight scales have either a bar on both sides of the ramp preventing you from performing this maneuver. Weight scales have cameras at every Cat scale it is nearly impossible to perform this so called trick and it is also highly unlikely that you could attempt this trick you will be SEIZED by D.O.T IMMEDIATELY>

Last week I released an employee (Ronald Curry) for lying about damaging one of my trucks. He cost me thousands of dollars in repairs to the vehicle and did not report, or admit to causing the damage. In a contract the he signed upon employment; he agreed that any unreported damages or accidents involving a vehicle would result in his instant, unconditional termination and the forfeiture of his last paycheck. For this I had no other choice but to terminate his employment. I believe he was the "John Doe" who wrote the report. His statement is unfounded, and categorically false. He has no proof of such policies, and he has already proved himself to be a liar. Legal action has already been taken against this particular employee for libel.
