This company is not in any way connected to the original company. They get your information from other scum bag debt collectors or the credit agencies that are selling the information. Don't pay them any money. The girl who wrote that she gave them her bank account number and they are taking out $8,000.00 dollars, are you nuts?? Go close the account. Go to your local court house and get a motion to vacate the judgement if it has gotten that far. They are crooks. So are all the others. They have no legal rights to do any of this.
