zenith aquisitions my husband had an account at kay jewelers which zenith aquisitions purchased from them they offered us a settlement which we paid in full and they never removed it from the credit report Amherst, New York

my husband was trying to clear up his credit report
he had a jewelry card at kay jewelers which went to collections
it was later purchased by zenith aquisitions
they contacted us with a settelement offer which we paid in full
they still have not removed it from his credit report
it has been over six monthes
my husbands name is ulises solorzano
can you please help us
