Luther Cuthbert has surfaced with another credit scam company. Using the website zenithfundingllc.com they attempt to get people with decent credit to divulge all of their personal information.
Beware, Luther Cuthbert has a history, including criminal charges, of using people's information fraudulently to obtain funding using various banks. At first he will answer your calls, but then will ignore you after he is done using your information. Beware!

This is the original filer of the above report. Since I filed the report the owner of Zenith Funding has reached out to correct the mistakes of the affiliate. Per the owner, the information was forwarded to a non-business related email and therefore went unacknowleged.
He has reached out to me personally and will handle my case himself, and apologized for the confusion and mishandling of my information.
