Suman Varanasi had promised me to get Green Card, in June 2004, for which I paid his $3000. For some reason he returned me a check for $2300 which has bounced. I have been trying to contact him for the last few weeks but he is not traceable.His cell number is accepting message but he never calls back.
This was my hard earned money and I feel cheated.
